  1. 1Open the high blood glucose alert on Today — it fired against Jonah's own safe range, not a generic one.
  2. 2Go to Jonah Clarke → Blood glucose → Record a reading. Enter 3.2 and watch the alert fire on the phone.
  3. 3Open Priya Raman → Food diary. Yesterday's missed lunch is highlighted in red.
  4. 4Sign in as Marcus Reid (deputy manager), then open To check and counter-sign a record.

A working prototype. The four residents and every record shown are invented — no real resident information is used, and nothing you type here leaves your browser. A live system would use individual staff logins, secure UK hosting and an audit trail on every entry.
